My Story
Growing up as a First-Gen Latina, I saw firsthand how resilience was often mistaken for never needing help. The message was clear, push through, figure it out, and don’t complain.
But pushing through isn’t the same as thriving.
I’ve worked with high-achievers, professionals, and parents who are carrying more than they realize, constantly moving forward but feeling emotionally drained. Many of them have done everything “right”, built careers, taken care of their families, and held it all together. But on the inside? They’re exhausted. Stressed. Stuck.
If your brain constantly feels like it has 37 tabs open… if anxiety makes every decision feel overwhelming… if you’ve been told ‘you just need to focus’—you’re in the right place.

I know what it’s like to carry the weight of expectations, to push through stress without real support, and to wonder if anyone truly gets it. Therapy should be a space where you don’t have to justify your struggles, where you can make sense of your experiences, break unhelpful cycles, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you are, not just what’s expected of you. I do this work because no one should have to navigate that journey alone.
